Strawberry Full Moon: A Time for Abudance and Enjoying Nature

May 21, 2025

Thursday, June 12th 7:30-8:45pm

June Full Moon Reflections + Yoga

June’s full moon is the Strawberry Moon, named after the ripening of strawberries during this time. Symbolically this moon represents abundance and the flourishing of nature.  In Braiding Sweetgrass, Robin Wall Kimmerer shares the importance of noticing nature, and how strawberries teach us the beauty of generosity and reciprocity. The native people of this land measured time by nature. The Strawberry full moon marks the last moon cycle of Spring and transformation into abundance of fruit, hot temperatures, and buzzing life.

Join Cory for slow flow and meditation paired with journaling prompts to reflect on how we flex the muscles of give and receive.

In this 75-minute class, you’ll be guided through:

  •  Journaling (10 mins)
  • Slow Flow (50 minutes)
  • Light breathwork and meditation (15 minutes)

Be sure to bring your mat, a journal, and an open mind as you allow yourself to be illuminated by the lunar energies.
