Drop-In Classes

Pre-enrollment is not required for any of our drop-in classes, though we highly recommend enrolling ahead of time when you are able. If you are visiting us for the first time, please sign up for your class through our upcoming schedule.

Our Classes

Myriad yoga teachers come from a wide variety of teaching styles and lineages. Within our classes you will find a creative blend of yoga styles including vinyasa flow, Hatha, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Yin yoga, restorative, trauma-informed yoga, functional yoga, yoga nidra, somatics, mobility and myofascial work.

Align

A slower-paced yoga class with emphasis on individual posture alignment, conscious breathing, while building strength, flexibility, and balance.

Flow

Dynamic vinyasa-style yoga classes incorporating a wide variety of yogic lineages, allowing for personal practice exploration and flexibility.

Stretch

A slower-paced class focused on flexibility and recovery, incorporating long passive holds and mobility exercises to promote release and calm.

Restore

A class featuring passive holds and plenty of props to support the body, allowing for conscious breathing and overall restoration.

Aerial

An elevated class using a silk hammock to explore traditional and non-traditional postures while providing your mat practice new depth.
