The asana practice of Yoga is just one way to care for your personal well-being. Yoga is a practice of intention and mindfulness — two tools that can leave the mat and become a part of your every day life. When we start to be more aware of how our daily routines impact our overall well-being, we look to create and bring positive changes into those spaces.
Paying attention to how we sleep, eat and activate pair beautifully with a yoga practice. It is challenging to focus on the spiritual aspects of our practice when we don’t feel well physically. Adapting our habits mindfully can have beautiful outcomes that extend towards our state of mind, our general happiness, and ultimately our state of peace.
The Midsummer Reset is meant to be a fun way to introduce habits in 21 days. We made this challenge short so as not to overwhelm the system, giving you smaller goals to hit. You can restart habits you have lost track of, or begin new ones, it’s up to you!
How to Play:
- Make your commitment ✅ – pick 1 – 3 habits from our suggested list that you want to focus on from June 1st – June 21st.
- Pick up your roadmap 🗺️ – road maps are available to help you track and offer suggested habits. Pick one up and write your goal(s) on the board. Grab one the next time you stop in!
- Track your habits ✍🏼 – each day that you complete your habit, mark it off on your roadmap. See if you can complete that habit 7, 14 or 21 days.
- Turn in you card 🧺 – drop your card in the basket in the lobby by June 27th.
- Claim your raffle tickets 🎟️ – tickets will be given out for the number of days you completed your habit.
- See who wins 🏆 – one lucky Member will receive one month of FREE unlimited membership!!
