April Yoga Nidra

REst and Receive

Sink into the quiet space between seasons. As spring begins to awaken the world around us, Yoga Nidra invites you to soften, slow down, and receive the deep rest your body has been craving. Come as you are, rest fully, and allow yourself to be held in stillness.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a gentle way to move into a deep state of rest. Different than meditation, Yoga Nidra actually encourages a sleep-state, a place of deep healing- where mind and body are at rest, but consciousness is awake. Yoga Nidra can help reduce anxiety, build immunity, reduce effects of stress, and it can help you gain more restful sleep cycles.

What to Expect:

  • Utilize provided yoga props to set yourself up in a comfortable and restorative position
  • Soothing guided meditation to help you relax the body and mind through body scans and visualizations
  • A safe, quiet space to self-reflect and allow yourself to let go
  • Leave feeling refreshed and renewed

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable yoga attire
  • Yoga mat
  • Water bottle
  • An open mind + an open heart
