March Full Moon Reflections + Yoga

Shedding, Organizing, and Grounding: Aligning with the Energy of the Worm Moon in Virgo

The March full moon, known as the Worm Moon, marks the transition from winter to spring. As the earth softens and worms emerge, we are reminded of nature’s cycles of renewal, growth, and preparation for new life. In Virgo, an earth sign known for its meticulous, practical, and health-conscious nature, this moon encourages us to organize our inner and outer worlds, refine our routines, and release anything that no longer aligns with our highest good.

Together, we will explore what needs to be released, how to create order and balance, and how to nurture ourselves with mindful structure and intentional habits. Our flow will include grounding postures and focus on aligning you bodies in a nourishing way within the postures.

Join Arie for an intentional evening of rest, slow flow, and meditation.

In this 75-minute class, you’ll be guided through:

  • 1. Full Moon discussion and grounding (10 minutes)

  • 2. Time for journaling, reflection, shares (10 minutes)

  • 3. Hatha Yoga (40 minutes)

  • 4. Guided breathwork, meditation, and restorative rest (15 minutes)

Be sure to bring your mat, a journal, and an open mind as you allow yourself to be illuminated by the lunar energies.
