NEW CLASS: Divine Fem Flow Begins 03.06.25

Feb 19, 2025

Begins Thursday, March 6th | 6:15 – 7:15 pm

Connect to Your Divine Feminine Energies. Embrace Self Love. Feel Confident in Your Body.

In honor of Women’s History Month, we are so excited to bring you a new series…Divine Fem Flow.

Based off Marta’s popular workshop, Body Language, this class is a departure from our regular Myriad yoga mat classes.

Combining elements of yoga asana, somatics, breath work, energetics, dance and floor work, Divine Fem Flow gets you out of your head and into your body. This class is designed specifically for those who align with feminine energies as a way to help you embrace, connect, and find self-love and appreciation for your body.

Each class will guide you through movements that help you explore and relate to your femininity, creativity and personal sexuality. As you learn to move with intuition, you will be guided towards new ideas about how to experience movement. Divine Fem Flow emphasizes the physical and emotional feelings of a pose rather than an aesthetic physical form.

🏳️‍🌈 All individuals that relate to feminine energy welcome.

**This is not a standard yoga class. In this class we will spend a lot of time on the ground and on our knees. We recommend wearing leggings, knee pads or tall thick socks that cover the knees. No yoga mat required.

Who should attend?

This workshop is open to everyone who connects to their feminine nature, regardless of assigned gender at birth.

All experience levels are welcome. While previous movement experience is recommended through yoga, fitness, dance or other modalities, it is not required.

We invite any individual who wishes to safely and creatively explore the topics of self love, their connection to the feminine, and respect for all bodies and natures.

What to Expect:

  • Somatic Warm-ups to help create new neurological pathways from brain to body
  • Energetics and Breathwork that help you ground into your physical body and forge confidence and calm
  • Postures and Movement that build heat in the body and allow you to explore intuitive movement
  • Time to Move and Flow freely on your own
  • Light Meditation and Rest to help you feel safe, secure and restored

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable attire
  • Full length leggings / pants, tall socks, or knee pads

Meet your teacher

Marta Gruber

With 20 years of practice on her mat and over a decade of experience on the stage, Marta has learned to explore herself in a myriad of ways. She has found movement to be both a vehicle for building appreciation of the body and expression of emotion and creativity, all while inspiring joy along the way.

With no prior dance experience, Marta has utilized the movement of yogasana to mold and melt into shapes that portray her passion, emotion and connection to music, her body, identification and sexuality.
