Spring Yoga Nidra
With the arrival of spring we find a sense of renewal + rebirth. As we emerge from the darkness of winter, we stretch towards the light, towards our possibilities + opportunities! Allow yourself to rest deeply, awakening with a sense of beginning, just as the fresh seedlings of spring. This guided meditation will offer a new sense of awakening with space to expand your leaves + radiate to your highest potential!
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a gentle way to move into a deep state of rest. Different than meditation, yoga Nidra actually encourages a sleep-state, a place of deep healing – where mind + body are at rest, but consciousness is awake. Yoga Nidra can help reduce anxiety, build immunity, reduce effects of stress + it can help you gain more restful sleep cycles.
