April Full Moon Reflections + Yoga
The April Full Moon is known as the Pink Moon. This moon received its name because of a species of spring wildflower known to bloom in April commonly known as the creeping phlox or moss phlox. This flower was often called “moss pink”, hence the pink moon.
Astrologically, this moon sits opposite to its sun in Aries, in Libra. During the Libra full moon, flowers are not the only thing in full bloom! So is our confidence and leadership abilities. Now is a time to flourish. Aries is the first sign in the zodiac, and the start of a new cycle. As spring blooms, this is a time to take stock and reflect on our year past. What are the big and small ways you have grown as a leader? How has your confidence grown? How can you be positive and encouraging about how far you have come?

Zoe Lowden
Zoe’s passion for movement has been a lifelong pursuit, starting with dance at the age of three and continuing through her college years. However, after a series of impactful life events, she felt drawn to a different path within movement—one focused on healing and inspiring others.
She started taking her yoga practice seriously in 2020, jumping in right away to pursue her 200hr certification. She immediately gravitated toward yogic philosophy & principles, as well as psychic readings. When Zoe is not teaching, you can find her giving Tarot readings at events around the city.
Her guiding belief is that love is the universal language, which she infuses into her classes. Zoe believes yoga should be inclusive and taught with humility and grace. Her teaching style prioritizes rest and introspection, offering a slower-paced approach to foster a deeper connection with oneself, with a bit of humor and light-hearted energy.
