Shifting from Autumn to Winter
Offer yourself space to go inward as you experience the seasonal shift from autumn to winter.
As nature continues to break down and decompose, so do we. You may feel resistance as you enter this season, but how can you fully welcome this season of rest? How can you lean into the inner shifts happening even if it feels stagnant in the external? This practice invites us to reflect on where we are and root ourselves fully in the present moment, embracing our inner winter.
WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA?
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a gentle way to move into a deep state of rest. Different than meditation, Yoga Nidra actually encourages a sleep-state, a place of deep healing- where mind and body are at rest, but consciousness is awake. Yoga Nidra can help reduce anxiety, build immunity, reduce effects of stress, and it can help you gain more restful sleep cycles.
What to Expect:
- Utilize provided yoga props to set yourself up in a comfortable and restorative position
- Soothing guided meditation to help you relax the body and mind through body scans and visualizations
- A safe, quiet space to self-reflect and allow yourself to let go
- Leave feeling calm and rested

Zoe Lowden
Zoe’s passion for movement has been a lifelong pursuit, starting with dance at the age of three and continuing through her college years. However, after a series of impactful life events, she felt drawn to a different path within movement—one focused on healing and inspiring others.
She started taking her yoga practice seriously in 2020, jumping in right away to pursue her 200hr certification. She immediately gravitated toward yogic philosophy & principles, as well as psychic readings. When Zoe is not teaching, you can find her giving Tarot readings at events around the city.
Her guiding belief is that love is the universal language, which she infuses into her classes. Zoe believes yoga should be inclusive and taught with humility and grace. Her teaching style prioritizes rest and introspection, offering a slower-paced approach to foster a deeper connection with oneself, with a bit of humor and light-hearted energy.
