January Full Moon Reflections + YOga
The January Full moon is known as the Wolf Moon. It was named for being a harsh and cold month, where wolves could often be heard howling, whether this be for communication, navigation, or food scarcity. January is also recognized as a month of introspection, survival, resilience, as well as resting and resetting.
The Wolf Moon sits in the sign of Cancer. You may feel a pull to nurture yourself, both physically and emotionally. This moon is a great opportunity to strengthen boundaries where needed so that we may reconnect with personal priorities. It may not feel like a very action-oriented time for most of us, so how can we tend to our inner world at this time?
Each monthly Full Moon Reflections + Yoga class includes:
- Full Moon Chat (5 mins)
- Collective Card Pull (5 mins)
- Journaling/Reflection (10 minutes)
- Themed Asana Practice + Savasana (40 minutes)
This month’s asana practice will be a gentle Hatha flow with a prop-supported cool down.

Zoe Lowden
Zoe’s passion for movement has been a lifelong pursuit, starting with dance at the age of three and continuing through her college years. However, after a series of impactful life events, she felt drawn to a different path within movement—one focused on healing and inspiring others.
She started taking her yoga practice seriously in 2020, jumping in right away to pursue her 200hr certification. She immediately gravitated toward yogic philosophy & principles, as well as psychic readings. When Zoe is not teaching, you can find her giving Tarot readings at events around the city.
Her guiding belief is that love is the universal language, which she infuses into her classes. Zoe believes yoga should be inclusive and taught with humility and grace. Her teaching style prioritizes rest and introspection, offering a slower-paced approach to foster a deeper connection with oneself, with a bit of humor and light-hearted energy.
