Full Moon Reflections + Yoga
The first May Full Moon (there are two this month) is officially known as the Flower moon! This moon gets its name from the abundance of blooms that emerge in May across North America. The Flower Moon represents the peak of spring – symbolically representing our ideas/intentions blossoming or manifestations coming to life!
Astrologically this moon sits in the sign of Scorpio. Scorpio is known to be very emotional, intense, and deeply tied to our inner shadows. On the other hand, this sign also has an energy of rebirth and transformation. When moving through these energies, how can we release what’s keeping us in the emotional depths? How can we lean into the transformative and blossoming energies this moon is offering us?
Each monthly Full Moon Reflections + Yoga class includes:
–Full Moon Chat (5 mins)
-Collective Card Pull (5 mins)
-Journaling/Reflection (10 minutes)
-Themed Asana Practice + Savasana (40 minutes)
This month’s asana practice will be moon salutations, followed by a restorative session for a balance of energies.

Zoe Lowden
Zoe’s passion for movement has been a lifelong pursuit, starting with dance at the age of three and continuing through her college years. However, after a series of impactful life events, she felt drawn to a different path within movement—one focused on healing and inspiring others.
She started taking her yoga practice seriously in 2020, jumping in right away to pursue her 200hr certification. She immediately gravitated toward yogic philosophy & principles, as well as psychic readings. When Zoe is not teaching, you can find her giving Tarot readings at events around the city.
Her guiding belief is that love is the universal language, which she infuses into her classes. Zoe believes yoga should be inclusive and taught with humility and grace. Her teaching style prioritizes rest and introspection, offering a slower-paced approach to foster a deeper connection with oneself, with a bit of humor and light-hearted energy.
