NEW 2026 Schedule Updates
We are so excited to share that Myriad Yoga has offered some fun updates to the 2026 schedule! Back in early fall, we sent out a Member survey to check-in on our schedule and see how we could better serve our population. Based on those results and other historical data, we freshened up the schedule, added classes, changed some names, and invited new offerings! Read on to learn more about these fun updates!
What happened to the class names?
The most obvious change that you may notice immediately, is the renaming of the Myriad Yoga classes. The first question you may have is WHY?
For the last few years, our class names were simplified, distilling the class style, theming and representation down to one word (Flow, Align, Stretch, Restore, Aerial). As the studio has grown, our teaching staff has re-adjusted, and has we have settled into who we are, we realized that these class names no longer accurately described what we were offering. These class names were a hand-me-down from our old days as Practice Indie (the studio name pre-2022), and we were ready to make things our own.
Our class names now align with specific Yoga styles and lineages, and give more description to what the student may expect as far as pacing and class components (ex: Vinyasa Slow Flow). We have also included a few themed classes within, so that Students may expect a certain experience each time they arrive to these special themed classes.
Our hope is that these names guide you to the class style that is exactly what you need on any given day. Please review our flow chart below that shows you how older classes you attended have been renamed on the schedule.

NEW Class Offerings
We would like to draw your attention to a few NEW class offerings that we are really excited about on the schedule!
- Yoga Foundations — are you new to yoga or looking to simply get back to the basics? Yoga Foundations is our new weekly class that takes you back to Yoga 101. Understand pose names, setups, prop uses, and yoga philosophy with a more educational approach to each class. All levels welcome, from beginners to seasoned pros.
- Tarot Flow — looking for new ways to invite self-reflection and inquiry? Curious about the art of tarot card reading? Join Zoe each week for a vinyasa flow inspired by the tarot cards. This class offers a unique perspective into connecting with yourself through the ancient art of tarot.
- Breath & Release — ready to simplify your practice and let go of the work day? Breath & Release strips down to the essentials of your practice — no fancy transitions or cues, just moving meditation assisted by the awareness of your breath. Invite your self to let go of the day behind and savor 55 minutes just for you.
- Deep Yoga & Somatic Experience — looking to deepen your practice and find new ways to experience postures? This intermediate class invites you towards self inquiry and exploration of how you embody every posture from the inside out. Experience the postures in a more subtle and fascinating way as you make connections between body, breath and effort.
- Aerial Yoga Wake Up — ease into your day with this stretch-focused Aerial Yoga class. Aerial Yoga Wake Up allows you to gently introduce movement into your body, as you gain momentum throughout the class. A great way to feel supported and prepared to take on the day ahead.
Monthly Specialty Classes
Myriad Yoga is now offering TWO specialty classes each month to support your practice — Full Moon Reflections & Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Both classes are included in your Myriad Membership.
- Full Moon Reflections & Yoga — look for this class each month on the Thursday closest to the Full Moon. The style of yoga may change each month based on the energy of the moon, but you will be sure to always leave with a feeling of peace, calm, and connection to Self.
- Yoga Nidra — offered the first Wednesday of each month, Yoga Nidra allows you to rest your body and mind during 60 minutes of guided meditation.
MORE Virtual Classes
Keep your eyes open for MORE virtual classes on the schedule! You can now find a virtual version offered at most class times throughout the day, with the exception of Aerial Yoga, Restore, and Yoga Nidra. Future updates to virtual classes include improving sound quality through bluetooth mics as well!
If you need to practice away from the studio, be sure to register for class ahead of time — registration will close 10 minutes prior to the class start. Once you are registered, we ask you to please sign into the virtual class link 5 minutes before class so that your Teacher may admit you on time.
Join us in class this week to try out some of our new offerings. See the full schedule HERE.
