may Full Moon Reflections + Yoga
The May Full Moon, is also known as the Flower Moon for the abundance of flowers that bloom this time of year. It is also symbolic for rebirth, growth, and new beginnings. Nature is in full bloom, and this energy may encourage us to focus on our personal growth and transformation. This Flower Moon is stationed in the sign of Scorpio. Scorpio’s energy is intense, emotional, and reflective. As we continue to blossom into the spring season, we may be experiencing a plethora of change and transformation around us and within us.
The energies of this full moon invite us to embrace change and release anything we’ve been clinging to. Change is inevitable, and if we lean into this change, we are better able to adapt and maybe even explore the mysteries of life. The Scorpio Full Moon provides space for release of emotions, energy, or anything keeping us from flowering into the most evolved version of Self.

Zoe Lowden
Zoe’s passion for movement has been a lifelong pursuit, starting with dance at the age of three and continuing through her college years. However, after a series of impactful life events, she felt drawn to a different path within movement—one focused on healing and inspiring others.
She started taking her yoga practice seriously in 2020, jumping in right away to pursue her 200hr certification. She immediately gravitated toward yogic philosophy & principles, as well as psychic readings. When Zoe is not teaching, you can find her giving Tarot readings at events around the city.
Her guiding belief is that love is the universal language, which she infuses into her classes. Zoe believes yoga should be inclusive and taught with humility and grace. Her teaching style prioritizes rest and introspection, offering a slower-paced approach to foster a deeper connection with oneself, with a bit of humor and light-hearted energy.
