February Full Moon Reflections + Yoga
The full moon in February is known as the Snow Moon. Historically, the Snow Moon was named for the heavy snows of winter. This moon has held themes of inner strength and resilience, releasing old patterns, and the hope and renewal that lies ahead beyond winter.
Astrologically, this full moon is stationed in the fiery sign of Leo – the ultimate sign of self-expression. Leo energy invites us to be our most authentic selves without apology, and leading with confidence, joy, and pride.
This moon is an opportunity to express our individual voices and hone in on the qualities that make us unique. When we lean into this limitless expression, what is holding us back or needs to be released may start to surface. How can we release self-limiting beliefs to step into our truest self?
Each monthly Full Moon Reflections + Yoga class includes:
-Full Moon Chat (5 mins)
-Collective Card Pull (5 mins)
-Journaling/Reflection (10 minutes)
-Themed Asana Practice + Savasana (40 minutes)
This month’s asana practice will be an energizing vinyasa flow with opportunity to flow on your own to tap into your self-expression!

Zoe Lowden
Zoe’s passion for movement has been a lifelong pursuit, starting with dance at the age of three and continuing through her college years. However, after a series of impactful life events, she felt drawn to a different path within movement—one focused on healing and inspiring others.
She started taking her yoga practice seriously in 2020, jumping in right away to pursue her 200hr certification. She immediately gravitated toward yogic philosophy & principles, as well as psychic readings. When Zoe is not teaching, you can find her giving Tarot readings at events around the city.
Her guiding belief is that love is the universal language, which she infuses into her classes. Zoe believes yoga should be inclusive and taught with humility and grace. Her teaching style prioritizes rest and introspection, offering a slower-paced approach to foster a deeper connection with oneself, with a bit of humor and light-hearted energy.
