Yoga is for Everyone!

Join Myriad Yoga for their annual Flow with Pride Yoga class to celebrate and lift up our LGBTQ+ community! This class is a space for those in this community to celebrate their authenticity, and a space for allies to show love and support. 

Myriad Yoga believes that only we each know our own true nature, and it is important to feel safe and supported living in accordance to your truth. We cherish our LGBTQ+ friends and family, and believe they deserve to be celebrated, to receive every right and to live their fullest life safely, freely and respected.

Who should attend?

This class welcomes all, LGBTQ+ community, allies, beginners to advanced, this class is for everyone. 

This class is free with a suggested donation to  Trinity Haven in honor of Pride month. “Trinity Haven provides safe, affirming housing for LGBTQ+ youth experiencing housing instability.”
