Lean Into Your Light
In March as the days start to get longer, we lean into our light. This month’s practice is all about dancing in the light, like a vine. *Vines reach for the sunlight – exploring, changing course, adapting as needed, perpetually enjoying new experiences and perspectives. Dancing in the light all along the way. Where is the sunlight showing up in your life? Tap into your intuition and start moving in that direction now.

What Is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a gentle way to move into a deep state of rest. Different than meditation, Yoga Nidra actually encourages a sleep-state, a place of deep healing- where mind and body are at rest, but consciousness is awake. Yoga Nidra can help reduce anxiety, build immunity, reduce effects of stress, and it can help you gain more restful sleep cycles.

Meet your teacher
Zoe Lowden
Zoe’s passion for movement has been a lifelong pursuit, starting with dance at the age of three and continuing through her college years. However, after a series of impactful life events, she felt drawn to a different path within movement—one focused on healing and inspiring others.
She started taking her yoga practice seriously in 2020, jumping in right away to pursue her 200hr certification. She immediately gravitated toward yogic philosophy & principles, as well as psychic readings. When Zoe is not teaching, you can find her giving Tarot readings at events around the city.
Her guiding belief is that love is the universal language, which she infuses into her classes. Zoe believes yoga should be inclusive and taught with humility and grace. Her teaching style prioritizes rest and introspection, offering a slower-paced approach to foster a deeper connection with oneself, with a bit of humor and light-hearted energy.
