September Full Moon Reflections + Yoga
September’s full moon is the Harvest Moon. This lunar cycle we gather up the last of what the warm months have to offer us. Both externally—like fruit and veggies and time in the sun, and internally—like new revelations, clearer intentions, and composted patterns. Join us as we pause to practice gratitude for all we’ve been given and release anything we won’t be taking with us into Autumn.
Join Cory for a restorative practice paired with journaling prompts to reflect on our harvest.
In this 75-minute class, you’ll be guided through:
- Journaling & Grounding (10 minutes)
- Restorative Yoga (65 minutes)
Be sure to bring your mat, a journal and pen, and reverence for Earth.

Cory Cathcart
Cory Cathcart is an Indy-based yoga instructor and writer with a curiosity about how movement and breath can aid in trauma integration, pain relief, and mental focus. She received her 220-Hour Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Training Certificate in 2024, studying with Rebel Hearts Movement Collective teachers Alexa Halstead, Megan Zirkelbach, Angie Miller, and Heather Eicher. Cory’s teaching philosophy emphasizes the power of moving with intention–finding strength in stillness and softness within strength. Her approach is rooted in somatic awareness, guiding students to explore asana and pranayama in a way that honors their individuality.
