DECEMBER FULL MOON REFLECTIONS + YOGA
The Cold Moon is the final full moon of the year. It represents the shift we make into winter: longer nights, colder temperatures, and slower energy. As nature shifts inward, so do we. We’re invited to reflect upon on year with honesty and compassion. This full moon is a natural point of culmination. You may feel called to reflect on what you’ve learned, release energy that no longer resonates with you, and clear space for the year that’s coming.
This moon sits in the airy sign of Gemini. This may bring focus to our thoughts, ideas, and communication. This energy could bring about restlessness and scattered thoughts or energy. Transversely, it could also bring wisdom and insight upon circumstances or situations where we have previously lacked clarity.
Join Zoe for an evening of grounding and clarity. In this 75-minute class, you’ll be guided through:
- Full moon chat (5 minutes)
- Collective tarot card pull (10 minutes)
- Journaling (10 minutes)
- Grounding restorative postures (35 minutes)
- Rest and integration (10 minutes)
Be sure to bring your mat, a journal, and an open mind as you allow yourself to be illuminated by the lunar energies.

Zoe Lowden
Zoe’s passion for movement has been a lifelong pursuit, starting with dance at the age of three and continuing through her college years. However, after a series of impactful life events, she felt drawn to a different path within movement—one focused on healing and inspiring others.
She started taking her yoga practice seriously in 2020, jumping in right away to pursue her 200hr certification. She immediately gravitated toward yogic philosophy & principles, as well as psychic readings. When Zoe is not teaching, you can find her giving Tarot readings at events around the city.
Her guiding belief is that love is the universal language, which she infuses into her classes. Zoe believes yoga should be inclusive and taught with humility and grace. Her teaching style prioritizes rest and introspection, offering a slower-paced approach to foster a deeper connection with oneself, with a bit of humor and light-hearted energy.
