July Full Moon Reflections + Yoga
As the sun is in Cancer, this sign invites us to embrace our home, our roots, core values, and family. While the moon is in Capricorn, it invites us to embrace our career, leadership, and the duty we have to society. It shows us that our contribution matters, that we should show up and work hard.
Many of us struggle to find the balance between these energies, as we feel we must pick one or the other. Maybe we are not doing it consciously, but we feel an obligation to choose. How can we find a balance between our work and home life? How can we stay connected to unconditional love as we make our mark on the world? This full moon invites us to stay deeply rooted in love and lead from a heart-centered place. We release our tendencies to overwork ourselves so that we can be rooted in our core values and lead from the heart.
Join Zoe for an evening of heart-opening and connection. In this 75-minute class, you’ll be guided through:
- Full moon chat (5mins)
- Heart chakra activation (5 mins)
- Collective tarot card pull (10 mins)
- Heart opening flow (35 mins)
- Journaling (10 mins)
- Rest and integration (10 mins)
Be sure to bring your mat, a journal, and an open mind as you allow yourself to be illuminated by the lunar energies.

Zoe Lowden
Zoe’s passion for movement has been a lifelong pursuit, starting with dance at the age of three and continuing through her college years. However, after a series of impactful life events, she felt drawn to a different path within movement—one focused on healing and inspiring others.
She started taking her yoga practice seriously in 2020, jumping in right away to pursue her 200hr certification. She immediately gravitated toward yogic philosophy & principles, as well as psychic readings. When Zoe is not teaching, you can find her giving Tarot readings at events around the city.
Her guiding belief is that love is the universal language, which she infuses into her classes. Zoe believes yoga should be inclusive and taught with humility and grace. Her teaching style prioritizes rest and introspection, offering a slower-paced approach to foster a deeper connection with oneself, with a bit of humor and light-hearted energy.
