BUILD CONFIDENCE ON THE MAT. UNDERSTAND YOGA FOR YOUR BODY.
FIND A FUNCTIONAL PRACTICE THAT WORKS WITH YOU.
Looking to establish a new yoga practice that works with YOUR body? Seeking initiative to step into the studio and take your first class?
Find Your Flow is perfect for anyone just beginning their yoga practice for the first time or returning to their mat after a long hiatus.
This five week series includes eight classes that help you build the foundational skills needed to step confidently onto your yoga mat. Throughout the five weeks, we will guide you through the basic elements of any yoga class so that you understand the structure and elements of a standard practice. Each class will build upon the last, helping you to learn through repetition and logical sequencing.
With a limited class size, you will receive a focused attention from your seasoned teacher. You will learn through repetition and practice, all with a functional approach to yoga. Our goal is to help you find YOUR practice, honoring each individual’s unique needs and bodies. Step away from this course feeling prepared to build a yoga practice of your own.
