Rest as an act of self-care
In the heart of winter, self-care can be simple, steady, and quiet. This February Yoga Nidra session creates space for intentional rest, allowing you to meet yourself with compassion and care. As the body rests, the mind softens—making room for clarity, ease, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a gentle way to move into a deep state of rest. Different than meditation, Yoga Nidra actually encourages a sleep-state, a place of deep healing- where mind and body are at rest, but consciousness is awake. Yoga Nidra can help reduce anxiety, build immunity, reduce effects of stress, and it can help you gain more restful sleep cycles.
