Embrace the Darkness of Autumn
As the light half of the year begins to fade, we seek internal harmony with the darkness that follows. Join us for a Glowga class to connect to your light and dark halves as you find balance and harmony with the shifts of the season.
Glowga classes are a vinyasa flow style class led in darkness underneath of black lights!
Come prepared to move, sweat + breath with your collective. Students are encouraged to wear light colored clothing to glow with the black lights! This popular specialty class sells out quickly so save your spot early!

Who should attend?
This specialty class is open to everyone, regardless of experience level.
** This Flow is led in darkness under black lights and may be challenging for those with vision impairment or light sensitivities.
