Fall Equinox Glowga – 09.20.24

Aug 12, 2024

Friday, September 20th | 6:30 – 7:30pm

As the light half of the year begins to fade, we seek internal harmony with the darkness that follows.  Join us for a Glowga class to connect to your light and dark halves as you find balance and harmony with the shifts of the season.

Glowga classes are a vinyasa flow style class led in darkness underneath of black lights!

Come prepared to move, sweat + breath with your collective. Students are encouraged to wear light colored clothing to glow with the black lights! This popular specialty class sells out quickly so save your spot early!

** This Flow is led in darkness under black lights and may be challenging for those with vision impairment or sensitivities.
