Autumn Yoga Nidra
Offer yourself space to slow down and let go, as you shift with the seasonal changes.
Autumn is a time to prepare for the cold months ahead. Taking a cue from nature, as the leaves shed from the trees, we too are called to release what energy is old and used up, no longer helpful to us. Join Myriad Yoga for a peaceful Yoga Nidra session that holds space for you to release, rest and ease into transition. Allow your body and mind space to soften into change and adjust.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a gentle way to move into a deep state of rest. Different than meditation, Yoga Nidra actually encourages a sleep-state, a place of deep healing- where mind and body are at rest, but consciousness is awake. Yoga Nidra can help reduce anxiety, build immunity, reduce effects of stress, and it can help you gain more restful sleep cycles.

Zoe Lowden
Zoe’s passion for movement has been a lifelong pursuit, starting with dance at the age of three and continuing through her college years. However, after a series of impactful life events, she felt drawn to a different path within movement—one focused on healing and inspiring others.
She started taking her yoga practice seriously in 2020, jumping in right away to pursue her 200hr certification. She immediately gravitated toward yogic philosophy & principles, as well as psychic readings. When Zoe is not teaching, you can find her giving Tarot readings at events around the city.
Her guiding belief is that love is the universal language, which she infuses into her classes. Zoe believes yoga should be inclusive and taught with humility and grace. Her teaching style prioritizes rest and introspection, offering a slower-paced approach to foster a deeper connection with oneself, with a bit of humor and light-hearted energy.
