November Full Moon Reflections + Yoga

Join Zoe for our monthly Full Moon Reflections + Yoga class on Thursday, November 14th! This special monthly yoga class has a different Teacher each month, leaving no two classes the same. Full Moon Reflections + Yoga combines postural yoga, breath work, meditation and special theming to create a holistic experience for mind, body + spirit. November’s Full Moon in Taurus features the Beaver Moon — a time to prepare for winter by tuning into the needs of our bodies, finding joy in simplicity, and grounding!

The Full Moon in Taurus brings themes of grounding, stability, and a balance between our material and spiritual needs. We are encouraged to find comfort in life’s simple pleasures, appreciate our bodies and the physical, and show gratitude for the season of life we are currently in. This lunar phase can also bring awareness to our values and what brings us comfort and security.

Join Zoe for an intentional evening of yoga and reflection.

In this 75-minute class, you’ll be guided through:

  • 1. Astrology/energy chat + pranayama (10 minutes)

  • 2. Intuitive collective tarot card pull (10 minutes)

  • 3. Restorative postures + affirmations (45 minutes)

  • 4. Journal/reflection + final thoughts (10 minutes)

Be sure to bring your mat, a journal, and an open mind as you allow yourself to be illuminated by the lunar energies.

Zoe Lowden

Zoe’s passion for movement has been a lifelong pursuit, starting with dance at the age of three and continuing through her college years. However, after a series of impactful life events, she felt drawn to a different path within movement—one focused on healing and inspiring others.

Her guiding belief is that love is the universal language, which she infuses into her classes. Zoe believes yoga should be inclusive and taught with humility and grace. Her teaching style prioritizes rest and introspection, offering a slower-paced approach to foster a deeper connection with oneself, with a bit of humor and light-hearted energy.

When Zoe is not teaching, you can find her giving Tarot readings at events around the city.
