December Full Moon Reflections + Yoga
Join Stephanie for our monthly Full Moon Reflections + Yoga class on Thursday, December 12th! This special monthly yoga class has a different Teacher each month, leaving no two classes the same. Full Moon Reflections + Yoga combines postural yoga, breath work, meditation and special theming to create a holistic experience for mind, body + spirit. December features the Cold Moon – a time to embrace the quiet and stillness of Winter to create space for self-reflection.
“Winter blankets the barren land with cold, and often snow, inviting stillness and quiet. This time of year asks us to turn inward, to settle into quietude and find comfort in the light and warmth of our own hearts. Winter reminds us to slow down and embrace the needed yin energy of the season.
When it snows it can brighten the landscape, reminding us of our inner light as we seek to turn inward during these long, dark nights.
Join Stephanie for a warm, candlelit Yin class as we honor the light of the Full Moon on the precipice of the coming season. Align your inner solitude with the seasonal shift and walk into the winter months ready for quiet introspection.”
