New Year’s Eve Glowga! 12.31.25

Dec 3, 2025

New Year’s Eve, Wednesday, December 31st | 9:00 – 10:00 am

Close out the year with Myriad Yoga!

Join Marta for one hour of celebration as we let go of the year behind and enter a cycle of renewal and rebirth in the new year! Set new intentions amidst the darkness and invite the year ahead with light, energy, mindfulness and the glow of the blacklights!

Class will be held completely in a dark room, with black lights to glow and lead the way. This darkness helps you to hone in on what’s happening on YOUR mat and in YOUR space. This warm class will build heat and tapas, tapping into the energy of letting go of what was. As we leave a year behind and consider the year ahead, we will explore space for abundance and opportunity to expand into our fullest Self! Explore your potential for 2026 with New Year’s Eve Glowga!

What are we being called towards?

    •  LET IT GO: As we leave 2025 in the past, allow yourself to shed the weight of the year past, setting aside what is no heavy and burdensome.
    • SETTING A DRISHTI: What is your focus for the year ahead? Take one step at a time with intention and awareness as you find your fixed point.
    • ALLOW SPACE TO RESTART: Every day is an opportunity to start fresh, but the New Year holds special significance for many. Take a breath and allow yourself the SPACE to readjust + realign.

Leave this 60-min warm flow feeling energized, joyful and ready for the New Year!

** This Flow is led in darkness under black lights and may be challenging for those with vision impairment or sensitivities.

    Meet your teacher

    Marta Gruber

Marta has a passion for helping individuals connect with and feel empowered in their own bodies. Their own practice has ebbed and flowed with different emphasis and styles throughout their life, and they feel that the same permission should be offered to their students. She believes that exploration is an important part of finding acceptance in our bodies and that rest is a powerful form of rebellion. It is these beliefs that encourage a sense of softness, playfulness and affirming support with every yoga class they lead.

Whether leading a restorative practice or an active vinyasa flow, Marta strives to bring a down-to-earth, genuine approach to her teaching, hoping to help forge grounded confidence in each student’s practice. With over 18 years of experience practicing yoga, her whimsical sense of humor and vast knowledge of the practice is woven into each class she teaches, opening the door for students to more deeply discover connections between poses, themselves, and the community around them.
