Episode 4: Finding Flow within Transition
Change is hard
No matter what type of change or transition we are experiencing in life, be it the change of seasons in the natural world or the seasons of our lives, it is often uncomfortable. We might experience physical or mental manifestations of this challenge, and learning tools to help navigate transition can help us find a more graceful flow from one season to the next.
How can I be present with transition?
Transition might often find us trying to run or rush through the discomfort, and avoiding the middle grey area, the unknown. As Yoga asks us to be intentional, aware and present, we are reminded that the discomfort and unknown is a part of the journey of transition. We are reminded to slow down and to notice the spaces in between, and yoga provides us with a number of tools and inspirations to partake in this practice of remaining present.
