Silence holds space for imagination

Winter is a blank canvas to envision and manifest our potential, our possibility and all that we have to offer the Universe. Like a white sheet of snow, open and begging you to engage, Winter calls us towards this imaginative thought. When we have time to sit with our silence, ideas and thoughts creep from the mind and begin to unfold. Times of inactivity are often times when the most creativity emerges! Tap into this energy and use Winter to engage in imaginative dreams of your desires and possibilities.

How does manifestation work?

Manifestation is quite the buzz word. To some, manifestation feels natural, intuitive and helpful in acheiving successes in life. To others there may be a perception that manifestation is too “woo,” oddly magical, spiritual and and spell-like. Manifestation, while not a yoga practice specifically, is a parallel methodology that can help us engage in deeper yogic practices, such as seeking our dharma or life’s purpose. This practice can help us envision who we want to be and how we want to feel, while setting groundwork to take action on our dreams.

In this episode, Marta and Zoe break down and demystify what it means to manifest and how it can enhance and align with your regular yoga practice.
