Ganesh has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and completed his 200 YTT Certification in 2021. Ganesh primarily focuses on teaching Yin, meditation, and breathing techniques and has led these modalities with at-risk children, with men at self-improvement retreats, as well as in corporate settings.

Ganesh believes that all people can create calm within themselves through meditation and intentional breath practice.
