Blue Moon in Sagittarius: Realign and Grow

May 5, 2026

Thursday, June 4th |6:15-7:15pm

FUll Moon Reflections + YOga

This month we have a second full moon (ooooh ahhhh), also known as the Blue Moon. Blue Moons are relatively rare, as they only occur roughly every 2-3 years. Symbolically, these moons represent second chances, amplified energy, and a chance to realign with your “desitny” or bigger path you see for yourself.

Astrologically, this moon sits in the sign of Sagittarius. These full moons tend to invite more bigger picture thinking, expansion, new learning opportunities, a deep desire for movement or change, possibly even reevaluating our belief systems. Where are you outgrowing your current path? What belief or story is ready to evolve? Where do I want to go from here?

Each monthly Full Moon Reflections + Yoga class includes:

 –Full Moon Chat (5 mins)

-Collective Card Pull (5 mins)

-Journaling/Reflection (10 minutes)

-Themed Asana Practice + Savasana (40 minutes)

This month’s asana practice will includes lots of flowing, dynamic movement to release stagnant early.

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable yoga attire
  • Yoga mat
  • Water bottle
  • Journal and pen
  • An open mind + open heart

Zoe Lowden

Zoe’s passion for movement has been a lifelong pursuit, starting with dance at the age of three and continuing through her college years. However, after a series of impactful life events, she felt drawn to a different path within movement—one focused on healing and inspiring others.

She started taking her yoga practice seriously in 2020, jumping in right away to pursue her 200hr certification. She immediately gravitated toward yogic philosophy & principles, as well as psychic readings. When Zoe is not teaching, you can find her giving Tarot readings at events around the city.

Her guiding belief is that love is the universal language, which she infuses into her classes. Zoe believes yoga should be inclusive and taught with humility and grace. Her teaching style prioritizes rest and introspection, offering a slower-paced approach to foster a deeper connection with oneself, with a bit of humor and light-hearted energy.
