FUll Moon Reflections + Yoga
The energy of the Full Moon in Aries, also known as the Harvest Moon brings a balance between action and surrender. Aries brings themes of courage, independence, and fresh beginnings, while the Harvest Moon reminds us to reflect on what we’ve cultivated this year and release what no longer serves us. Together, we’ll ground into the body, connect through mindful discussion, move into an active vinyasa flow, and soften into stillness with breathwork, meditation, and deep rest. This practice will help you balance Aries’ drive for action with the wisdom of slowing down and receiving.
Together, we will explore what needs to be released, where we’re being called to take action, and how to trust both effort and rest. Our flow will include active postures and focus on moving and releasing energy and then flowing into a restful space.
In this 75 minute class, you’ll be guided through:
- Full Moon discussion and grounding (10 minutes)
- Time for journaling, reflection, shares (10 minutes)
- Vinyasa Yoga (40 minutes)
- Guided breathwork, meditation, and restorative rest (15 minutes)
Be sure to bring your mat, a journal, and an open mind as you allow yourself to be illuminated by the lunar energies.
