A Beginner’s Series to Aerial Yoga

Curious about Aerial Yoga and not sure how to get started? Myriad will be offering our highly-rated introductory course this Fall to help guide you through the basics of an Aerial Yoga practice. Aerial is a fun departure from our typical yoga classes — these classes create an open environment to practice unusual fitness movement and challenge your body in unique ways. This fun and playful movement style incorporates aspects of postural yoga, breath work, body weight and dynamic movement.

Throughout this four week course you will become familiar with Aerial terminology, get comfortable with the silk, learn basic Aerial postures, and begin to work with inversions and hanging from the silk. With a capacity of only eight students per class, you will receive a focused attention to help you feel safe and confident. Finish out the month feeling prepared to step into an Aerial class with confidence!
