RADIANT // SENDING OUT LIGHT; SHINING OR GLOWING BRIGHTLY

Summer is a time of expansion and light. The days are long and bright, and the natural world is in absolute growth. This is our time to shine! During the month of August, we are focusing on radiating our brilliant light, like the rays of the sun. When we step into qualities of positivity, confidence, kindness, and expansion, we can start to brighten up our step in the world, and connect more positively with our Self and our Community.

Like the Sun’s rays are able to reach each one of us and fill us with light and motivation, the energy that we carry with us can touch those we interact with. 

– We have the ability to flip the perspective on our outook, mood and energy, but it requires action rather than hope.

– Fear is a driving force of our negativity and emotional reactions. Facing our fears creates a shift in the way our mind perceives the world.

What energy do we want to radiate out from us? What energy do we want to take in?

In this episode, Marta and Zoe discuss being radiant and it’s relationship to the energy we carry with us, how we are managing it, and how can adjust it.

  • Understand the concept of pratikpasha bhavana or cultivating the opposite
  • Consider how your energy is impactful to those around you
  • Discuss your relationship to fear and how to work with it rather than against it
