September Full Moon Reflections + Yoga
September’s full moon is known as the Harvest Moon, named for its close connection to the autumnal equinox and the traditional harvest season. The harvest offers a beautiful symbol of abundance, gratitude, and gathering in what we’ve cultivated throughout the year. This moon invites us to pause and recognize what has come to fruition, honor the growth we may have overlooked, and consider what is worth carrying with us into the next season.
Astrologically, this full moon falls in the sign of Aries, bringing themes of courage, independence, self-trust, and taking intentional action. Opposite the Sun in Libra, it highlights the balance between honoring ourselves and honoring our relationships, or knowing when to compromise and when to stand firmly in our own truth. This is an opportunity to reflect on where you may be waiting for permission, second-guessing your desires, or dimming your own instincts, and where you’re being called to trust yourself, take up space, and boldly move toward what feels true for you.

Zoe Lowden
Zoe’s passion for movement has been a lifelong pursuit, starting with dance at the age of three and continuing through her college years. However, after a series of impactful life events, she felt drawn to a different path within movement—one focused on healing and inspiring others.
She started taking her yoga practice seriously in 2020, jumping in right away to pursue her 200hr certification. She immediately gravitated toward yogic philosophy & principles, as well as psychic readings. When Zoe is not teaching, you can find her giving Tarot readings at events around the city.
Her guiding belief is that love is the universal language, which she infuses into her classes. Zoe believes yoga should be inclusive and taught with humility and grace. Her teaching style prioritizes rest and introspection, offering a slower-paced approach to foster a deeper connection with oneself, with a bit of humor and light-hearted energy.
