If you aren’t sure which Membership type is for you, schedule a free intro with a member of our team for an exploratory conversation that helps you choose the appropriate membership for you.
Do I need to pre-register for class?
You are not required to pre-register for class. However, we recommend pre-registering when you are able. This allows our teachers to know which and how many students to expect so that they may appropriately set up and prepare for classes.
On the same note, if you pre-register but can no longer make it to class, please cancel your registration to give your teacher notice. Cancellation fees will not apply, except for Aerial Yoga. Please see our cancellation policy for more information.
Is there a class cap?
Class caps do apply to all classes and workshops. As a smaller studio, we rarely hit our class cap for regular studio mat classes, but workshops and specialty classes do sell out – for these we recommend signing up early.
Aerial Yoga has a smaller class cap due to the necessity of space for the hammocks. Classes are capped at eight students, we recommend you sign up early for Aerial Yoga.
Do you offer hot yoga classes?
Myriad Yoga offers “warm” yoga classes. This means that the room heats up to 85 – 95 degrees, pending the number of participants in class. When signing up for a warm class, we recommend properly hydrating before and after class. You might also want a yoga mat or towel suitable for hot yoga classes.
Where should I park?
Parking is located at the Stutz lot on the NW corner of 11th Street and Senate Avenue. Parking in the lot is free for the first hour. Reference our parking map HERE. To find Myriad Yoga, enter the Stutz building (1060 N. Capitol Ave, Suite 4-108) at the 11th Street entrance. Walk past Myriad Fitness, look for the neon Stutz sign, and enter. Myriad Yoga is the first business on your left.
Once you arrive at the studio, ask your Teacher for our free parking QR code. This will allow you unlimited free parking in the Stutz lot.
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you may move in. Clothes with some stretch that will allow you to step wide, spread your arms, fold forward, and lie down with ease. Socks are not recommended during Yoga classes. Having bare feet provides a better utilization of the feet for balance and stability. During the winter, students may enjoy a warmer layer to wear for the ending of class during rest time.
What should I bring?
A yoga mat (if you have one), water bottle and comfortable attire. If attending a warm class, you may prefer a yoga towel. If you do not own a yoga mat, Myriad Yoga has free mats available to borrow. However if you plan on becoming a regular student of the practice, we recommend buying your own personal mat that suits your preferences. Many different thicknesses, lengths, and textures are available.
What if I am late to class?
For regular mat classes, students are allowed to arrive up to 10 minutes late. Please enter the room quietly and consciously so as not to disturb other students.
For Aerial Yoga classes, please arrive at least 10 minutes early for class to allow time for the teacher to get your hammock set to the proper height. If you do not arrive within 5 minutes of the class start time you will not be admitted into class. This is to respect the class for all participating students.
For Virtual classes, please sign into class no less than 5 minutes before class starts. Once class has started, your admittance cannot be guaranteed.
Where can I store my belongings?
Myriad Yoga provides cubbies for students to store their belongings during classes. Shoe racks are provided just inside the lobby which we ask you to use, to help keep our studio floors clean.
We ask that students DO NOT bring cell phones into the studio unless they are emergency service workers needing access to their phones. Myriad Yoga recommends that you leave smart watches outside the room as well to protect the boundaries of your personal time on the mat.
How do virtual classes work?
Virtual classes are offered at each class time throughout the day. You can find virtual classes listed on the schedule labeled as “VIRTUAL – [Class Name].”
To access our virtual classes, you must pre-register for class no less than 10 minutes prior to the start of class. Registration will end 10 minutes before class starts. Upon registration, an email notification will be sent including the link for our virtual classroom through zoom. Ensure email notifications are turned on to receive your confirmation.
Students are asked to sign into the virtual room no less than 5 minutes before the start of class to allow Teachers adequate time for you to be admitted. Once class has started, your admittance cannot be guaranteed.

Myriad Yoga does not have restrooms inside of the studio. Public restrooms are available inside of the Stutz building as well in our gym space at Myriad Fitness. Allow yourself an extra 5 – 10 minutes before class if needed. You may ask your Teacher upon arrival where to find the restrooms. Maps are posted inside of the studio as well.

Aerial Yoga Classes
Due to class capacity and the popularity of our Aerial Yoga classes, pre-registered students must cancel their registration for class 24-hours ahead of class time. This helps to ensure that students registered on the waitlist have appropriate notice to arrange their schedules for class. Failure to cancel 24-hours ahead will result in a $10 cancellation fee and the forfeit of the Aerial Yoga drop-in cost. Exceptions for emergency situations may apply.
In the event that a student is moved from the waitlist to enrollment within 24-hours of the class, they will not be charged a fee for cancellations. When students are moved up from the waitlist day-of, we ask that they cancel as soon as they know they are not able to make it to class.
