2024 Thanksgiving Holiday Schedule – 11.28 – 11.29

Nov 6, 2024

Holiday Schedule Adjustments

In observance of the Federal Holiday, classes will be adjusted on Wednesday, November 28th thru Friday November 29th. This modified schedule allows our staff more time to rest + be with their loved ones while accommodating lower attendance these days. We will follow our usual holiday schedule. Please plan ahead so that you can be sure to get your yoga in before you enjoy the day. As a reminder, our holiday yoga classes are always free (with the exception of Aerial), however for this Thanksgiving day, we would suggest making a donation to The American Indian Center of Indiana to commemorate Native American Heritage Month. Donations can be made directly by clicking the link above, or QR codes will be available day of, as well as cash donations.

SCHEDULE

Thursday, November 28th:

The Honoring: A Donation Yoga Flow 9 – 10 am

Friday, November 29th:

Donation Yoga Flow 10 – 11 am

Aerial 11:15 – 12:15 am

The Honoring: A Donation Yoga Flow

All are welcome to this flow-style donation class where we will share respect for the land and those to whom it was originally claimed. Rather than focusing on a cliche of gratitude, we turn to our history to acknowledge the past and move with respect and honor in the future. We cannot change the past but we can work to learn, to understand, find empathy and restructure the future. All levels welcome. Learn more here.
